What’s the catch? Are there any requirements to earn cash back?
Just use your card and earn unlimited 1.5% cash back on every purchase. No strings, no limits, no bundling or other confusing account requirements.
Why is this a better option than points-based cards?
It’s simple! No points to count, no rotating categories to memorize, and you get to use your rewards however you like. Because it comes in cold hard cash.
How do I redeem my cash back earnings?
Visit advantiscu.org/rewards to redeem your cash back. You can redeem after earning at least $25 in cash back, and transfer your earnings to an Advantis checking or savings account, or apply it as a statement credit.
NOTE: If this is your first time using the site, click “Enroll,” and enter your 16 digit card number in the “Account Number” field of the registration form. You will also be asked to setup a new security code for the Rewards site; do not use your card PIN or other previous codes.
Do my earnings expire?
Your cash back earnings are available to be redeemed for four years from the date of being earned, and will expire on the statement cycle of the 48th month.
How do I activate my card?
If you recently received a new Advantis Visa card, you can securely activate it by calling 1-888-691-8661.
What if my credit card is lost or stolen?
Notify us immediately.
- Call 503-785-2528 or 800-547-5532, 9 am - 5:30 pm.
- If you’d like, come in to any Advantis branch and we can issue a replacement card on the spot.
- Only the card reported lost/stolen will be blocked.
- Contact local law enforcement and report your loss. Record your report case number, and the name of person taking the report. We may ask you for this information.

How can I make a credit card payment?
The fastest way to make a credit card payment is through Online & Mobile Banking. Your payment posts to the credit card and increases the amount available to spend immediately.
Please note it may take up to two business days to reflect the payment in your online banking account history. Other convenient payment options are also available.
How long will it take for my new Advantis credit card to arrive?
You'll receive your card in the mail within 14 days after you're approved.
