Business Retirement Account & Investments
Your business deserves a way to save for tomorrow
Popular retirement savings options for employers include:
- SEP IRA - The Simplified Employee Pension Individual Retirement Account (SEP IRA) allows higher annual contribution limits to self-employed individuals (and some business owners with employees) than with Traditional or Roth IRAs. A SEP IRA also offers completely discretionary and flexible annual contributions and minimal administration requirements.
- Solo 401K – An excellent choice for self-employed business owners, this account allows the highest deductible annual contributions, special loan provisions and greater flexibility in contribution amounts.
- SIMPLE IRA - The Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees (SIMPLE) IRA is ideal for small-business owners with employees. It features lower administrative costs, and lets employees contribute part of their pre-tax compensation through an elective deferral. Employers must match on either a dollar-for-dollar basis up to 3% of compensation or 2% for all employees.
- 401K - A good option for businesses with several employees that provides optional employer matching and loan provisions.
