Verenice saw her first mortgage documents at age 11, translating them for her parents as they purchased their first home. That was also her first exposure to the transformational power of home ownership and generational wealth.
"I witnessed what one home could enable,” according to Verenice. “My parents built home equity that helped launch dreams that my family is still benefitting from today.” College educations, a dream home, and retirement property all sprang from that initial family home. “I love dreaming and planning alongside my buyers, helping them see 15 or 20 years down the road and how far home ownership can take them.”
Verenice volunteers extensively with nonprofit groups including CASA for Children, SINE, and College Possible. She cherishes time with her family, and is always up for taking their dog Milo to Forest Park or out to the coast for a leisurely hike.
