Advantis, a Division of Rivermark Community Credit Union Mobile App Account Deletion Policy
Digital Banking users can request the deletion of their Advantis CU Mobile digital banking user profile at any time.
Requesting the deletion of a digital banking user profile is not the same as closing deposit accounts or loans and it is distinct from closing a membership with the credit union. For details on closing accounts and membership, please refer to the account closure instructions.
To Request Digital Banking Account Deletion:
- Call us at 503-785-2528,
- Send us a secure message center request,
- Visit your local branch, or
- Send a signed letter requesting Digital Banking Account Deletion to:

Data Deletion from the App:
Upon deletion of the app from the device, the following information stored by the app will be removed from the device:
Upon deletion of the app from the device, the following information stored by the app will be removed from the device:
- Personal Information: name, email address, physical address, and phone number
- Transaction History: all records of financial transactions within the app
- App Usage Data: any data related to your interactions and usage of the app
Please note that deleting the Advantis CU Mobile app will not remove data, including personal information and transaction history, that is stored by other apps on the device. This includes storing contact information in a contact management app and transaction data imported into budgeting apps.
Retention of Data Post-Deletion:
After processing the request for deletion of a digital banking user profile, sensitive and confidential data will be retained by the credit union and its application developers for legal, regulatory, and business requirements for a minimum of seven years in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
