    The Woodstock branch is located at 4235 SE Woodstock Blvd at SE 43rd Ave., in the heart of the Woodstock neighborhood. Situated in the building that once housed Beckwith Cycle, the branch sits conveniently next door to the UPS Store, and a few blocks away from Reed College, Woodstock Community Center, Woodstock Library, and Woodstock Park. We're on the Tri Met bus line, and there's both a branch parking lot and plenty of convenient free street parking in the area. The branch features 24-hour ATM access and is open Saturdays from 10am-2pm. The Woodstock branch also offers video teller machines, bringing you a live local teller onscreen.       This is my third loan through Advantis Credit Union over the years and I just have to say the most recent loan transaction was even better than the last two superb transactions! Huge shout out to Amelia Hobbs who assisted me online through the entire process. I reached out on a Monday and the whole deal was completed by Thursday night for vehicle pickup on Friday. My main banking is actually at another credit union but I absolutely LOVE the loan process with Advantis Credit Union. Simple, efficient, and the customer service rocks!

      I have been with Advantis for many years now ( too many to remember the exact year I joined but it was almost 20 years I believe) and the service is always beyond any other financial institution to which I trusted my financial needs.
      I have found that they are always there when I need them. They always have sound advice and they each go above and beyond to give me more information than I request which helps me even more.
      That's why I continue to use Advantis for my financial needs.

      I am really happy with Advantis Credit Union. I started banking with them a year ago and everything has exceeded my expectations. All of the employees are super helpful and friendly and I've never had any sort of issue with my account.

      I've been with Advantis for well over 20 years, since before their pillow-talk merger. Honestly, I far preferred them when they were smaller. Back then, they were more nimble, made fewer mistakes, and actually listened to the concerns of their members. These days, all we get is empty platitudes and meaningless lip service. Evidence the ridiculous mess they've made of their bill pay pages. They took a clean, simple process and turned it into something that is completely unusable. It's unfortunate. Nice to have a branch in Woodstock though, I guess.

      These PEOPLE ARE CRIMINAL They're so bad. If you close a loan out, they will still continue to take the payment out for five years! They've damaged me Terribly when I'm broke and cause Overdraft fees!!! They don't seem to care One bit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE and any other Advantis Branch. They're horrible and insincere. Don't trust them with ANYTHING!!!!

      While we've only been working with Advantis for a few months, thus far the individual help and attention we've received has been remarkable. Not at all what one has grown to expect from the banking industry. Exceptionally helpful and in the neighborhood with actual people at the other end of a phone call. And it's a non-profit dedicated to serve individual savers. Banking industry has a lot to answer for, and none will meet our imagined memories of "The Little Bank on the Prairie", but Advantis has so far satisfied our family's needs exceptionally well.

      There's one thing banks managed to get after the Great Recession - customers are vital to their existence, and to keep them you have to provide great customer service.

      Advantis has managed to remove what's important to people and their money - personal interactions with a real person. They've opted to a host who greets you, guides you to a ATM style "virtual teller". . Now you deal with a person in a remote office on a screen. It is so impersonal, sterile and just plain wrong.

      I've been a long time customer at Advantis and have used this branch a handful of times, but I may be switching after this. To have a staff member say, "it takes some customers longer to get used to it" is insulting. It's not about "getting used to it". It's about understanding what good customer service looks like. As a business owner, I cringe at the idea of removing the human element, especially when it comes to money. I also respect businesses and organizations who build a workforce, not find short cuts that eliminate jobs.

      Job killers is new norm. Hope you're happy Advantis. Not very community focused on this.

      For the love of nature, NO MORE ROBOTIC TELLERS. My partner and I walked in to deposit 2 checks. The woman at the desk when you walk in showed us how to use the robot teller. Sure there's an actual person on the other side of the screen, so what is the point???

      The impersonality of robotic teller is extremely uncomfortable and just the beginning of getting rid of human help at the actual bank.

      Robots are the future if you let them take over life.

      Gross, Advantis.


      Update after conditioned human robot customer service rep:
      Do we all want to use robotic tellers? Nope. So maybe you should have at least ONE live person in the bank ready to deposit checks for people who are sick and tired of the technology in general. You can make it as efficient on your end all you want. But you're gonna lose your customers if you can't please them. Advantis reviews are showing it.

      Don't be greedy human robots! Don't buy it. Think about this review and really think and learn from it, please.

      Very poor quality service. Woodstock branch has gone fully automated and the branch no longer offers personalized in person service. This makes Advantis Credit Union service very impersonal, and more difficult to communicate and take care of personal banking needs at the branch.
