I was gladly working with Monique for my car loan and she made my experience quite smooth, and was very quick with communication. There was a little miscommunication between Advantis and my dealer when payment was needed but Monique jumped on it and escalated the whole process to get it done. Thank you Monique for your professionalism and getting my loan completed with quickness!

Used to be a long time member of First Tech Credit Union. For 30 years I loved the intimacy of a small credit union. Then they went Federal and it all went to crap.
Now my nice little Advantis Credit Union is merging and growing. Already new policies are in place that punish members.
Case in point: before the merger I used Advantis' Bill Payer to handle all of my bills. If, by chance there were insufficient funds for the transaction, I would be notified, make a deposit and within 2 days things would return to normal.
Not now! Two weeks ago I bounced one. They turned off all access to the bill payer (which had all of my upcoming payments queued up) and turned me in to a collection agency!
Despite paying all accounts current last Thursday I am still completely locked out of the app that I need to manage my cash flow.
This, my friends, is undoubtedly the tip of the iceberg. Time to start looking for a new, small credit union, again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

We understand that many of our members have questions about the upcoming merger, and our aim is to be transparent and open throughout the process. While we shared the merger news in early 2024, it's likely the merger will not be completed until late 2024, and nothing will change for our members until then. Currently, there haven't been any changes to Bill Pay or any of our Online Banking services as a result of the merger. We know our members value these services, and we'll make sure to notify you about any possible changes in advance.
We'd like to learn more about your experience and how we can best assist you. i have been trying for over three weeks to get Advantis to fix a "glitch" with my account. daily, they tell me the problem is not on their end. The problem is with their "vendor.". I am told there are a handful of others who are having the same experience, but nothing is being done to fix it. I cant see my accounts on the app or desktop.
I have done all of my banking with them for over twenty years, and their attitude about the problem is sub par.

Everyone is always so friendly and professional here. They know their stuff whenever I've had questions about mortgages and loans. Really appreciate all they do, it's helped me my my house a home. A special shout out to Lacey who works offsite but processes HELOCs - she's responsive and provides all the detailed answers I seek to my questions!

We decided to moved our bank accounts to Advantis in the West Linn branch. Did some research looking into credit unions. They seemed to meet our needs. REALLY glad we went in to ask questions and start the process! Lauren helped set up our joint accounts. She was very informative, kind, and helpful. Such a positive experience!! I returned with my son to help him set up accounts for himself. He likes the Advantis app! I had my first deposit. Was a bit unsure how to use things with the online teller. Emily was so friendly helping me and showing me how it's done! It's very convenient using the system. I returned with my elderly dad to get him set up next. Diane has been outstanding working with us! Lots of patience! I had to change our accounts to add into Trusts. She went the extra mile to get all the paperwork done. We rushed to get back before they closed. With the awful weather and rush hour traffic, we were delayed and got to Advantis a few minutes after closing. The team were there waiting for us!! Can you believe?! That is customer service at its finest! I am thrilled to be in such great care by all of the team at the WL Advantis branch! You guys rocks!!!

We have been with Advantis for years and even when we 1st opened our account, they have always made us feel like our membership matters. We reached out to them for a personal loan and they got back to us the same day and made everything simple. Then decided to do a HELOC through them- again the process couldn't have gone smoother. When we wanted to purchase a new car we contacted them and again, they were there and made it easy. Now we came to them again and once again they went above and beyond to be there for us. I especially appreciate the time and wonderful service I received and have received from Monique V. she is a rock star. We work hard for our money and want a banking relationship that works both ways and with customer service lacking today, it's nice to know it still exists at Advantis. I honestly wish I could find a complaint but in the last 6+ years they have never let me down and that's a great feeling. I also love the app, the fact that I get my paycheck 2 days early, and that my mobile deposits are posted within the same day when I do them in the morning. Highly recommend

Let me just say. Olivia that works on the atm screens at the central location is truly amazing!! When ever I have the pleasure of working with her through the 'in-person' atm, she ALWAYS makes me laugh and TOTALLY brightens my day! She Absolutely LOVES her job and it really shows. It's so refreshing to meet someone who is excited about their job and talks super highly about the company. She truly is one of the best employees advantage has!! Just the other day she went out of her way to push through a check my father gave me for my wedding! I desperately needed it that day, so her and her manager had my back.. Which I can't say the same for any other bank I've ever been with!! I know it was a one time thing, but because of my relationship with the bank and screen time with Olivia*, they were able to help me out. Seriously if your looking for an amazing customer expirence and a fun atmosphere.. Go to advantis!!! You won't regret it!!

We appreciate your membership!Sep 24, 2021Previous reviewI walked into Advantis Credit Union today (West Linn branch) just after having a highly spirited 35 min phone call with the 'loss prevention' dept. I will spare you the details of the call, but let's just say I had backed myself into to another financial debacle. So! I am giving a 5 star rating today, not to Advantis, but to Emily W. I can't say enough about her calm, creative solutions and willingness to listen to my ranting... Emily told me not to expect a miracle, but she would do her best for me. She then took the info I had given her, pulled together her comrades within the credit union and came up with a reasonable solution that was good for the customer (me) and managed to teach me why the Credit Union has the policies in place... Even when at times, they may seem 'odd.'
This is the 2nd time this Credit Union has gone to bat for me... Even when my thundering cloud of financial chaos seems to be not far behind me.

Patiance (not a misspelling) and her crew did an excellent job in assisting me with some financial matters. Lots of individual attention, they kept me informed, and were friendly and competent. I like the smaller venue here in West Linn, and there's lots of parking and -bonus- right next to Five-O-Three restaurant. I was considering several other CU's, but so glad I picked this one. -:)
